thank you for the email. Would I be possible for the committee to consider writing further to the officials in consideration of my further comment on behalf of the community.

Given the letter regarding the attached CCTV, we would like to know that the timetable is for the next stage of these investigations please. Residents are deeply concerned that there could be another fatality. Given the Trunk Road officials have seen first hand how dangerously people drive in this area (when they attended a site visit), is that not evidence enough for them to put in place further safety measures. Secondly given the resource on this matter today and further investigations needed, wouldn’t it be prudent to install measures now, such as a camera to help try to prevent further dangerous driving.
